What was the point again????

James 1:22-25
"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what is says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in the mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that give freedom and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it - he will be blessed in what he does."


I think the Nike people got it right.

JUST DO IT!!!



Hhhhmmmm, this is useful for so many things.

It's good to learn things, but if you don't use it or put it in to action, what was the point?? It would be as if you never learned it at all. You can read self help books, go to seminars, go to counseling, and talk to everyone under the sun all you want. But if you never put what you have learned in to action, and walk it out in your life things will never change, and you will be even more unhappy than you were before hand, because you know it could be better. Some will say, "well it just didn't work learning all those things." WELL, there in lays the problem they never bothered USING the tools given to them! "HELLO! MCFLY!!!"

You know, If you know should then do it, then DO IT! Because if you don't you are, in fact, sinning! James 4:17 "ANYONE, then, who knows the good he ought to do and does not DO IT, sins." And, I'm not going to sitting here and tell you it's going to be fun or easy. I will tell you it might hurt, and it might hurt alot, and it might be hard. However, if you do it God WILL bless you and trust me, it WILL be worth it. All you have to do is stick close to God, give it back to Him, and JUST DO IT!
